Turner Construction Company

August 22, 1997

Dear Mr. McCreary:

In the late afternoon of August 8, 1997, the Island #4 Project at the Universal Islands of Adventure incurred a major rainfall in a short period of time resulting in a flash flood on the jobsite. This flash flood did major damage to much of the work that we had already installed and rendered areas of completed work in immediate danger of further damage.

On Saturday morning, without request or invitation, your Mr. Oscar Matson, Jr., Superintendent, came to our site and offered to help. He backed up the offer with equipment and services that were vital to minimizing further damage and helping us to recover.

This letter is written to you to express our appreciation for an exemplary demonstration of what it means to be a true team member. We are grateful for Mr. Matson's actions and for the spirit of concern demonstrated by your Company.

We look forward to continuing our relationship with you and hope that we get more opportunities to work together in the future. Please give Mr. Matson our best wishes and let him know that I personally owe him a nice steak dinner at the restaurant of his choice!

Sincerely,

TURNER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
