Turner Construction Company August 22, 1997 Dear Mr. McCreary:In the late afternoon of August 8, 1997, the Island #4 Project at the On Saturday morning, without request or invitation, your Mr. Oscar Matson, Jr., Superintendent, came to our site and offered to help. He backed up the offer with equipment and services that were vital to minimizing further damage and helping us to recover.
