SUBJECT: Truck Dump and Overland Conveyor Project

Dear Phillip,

As we come to the conclusion of the Truck Dump and Overland Conveyor Project, I would like to express on behalf of the Agency our appreciation to Johnson Brothers Corporation (JBC) for and workmanship in completing the project.

JBC won the project by competitive bidding and then performed duties in a manner above what was expected of them.. The project had schedule and cost constraints which were vital to the Agency and all were maintained by JBC. A special thanks to you, Bob, Don and Roger for this accomplishment.

In closing, let me again thank you for the level of effort to complete the project within the project scope and schedule. I hope to again work together with JBC on future projects for the Texas Municipal Power Agency.
