Polk Power Station
November 1, 1995
Dear Carl:
It is with great pride that we acknowledge the accomplishments of our
contractors and their employees in the attainment of a major milestone
associated with the construction of the Polk Power Station Unit 1 Project.
The project recently held a luncheon for over 1300 employees in recognition of
work performed in excess of one million hours without occurance of a work-
related disabling injury or illness. We are very pleased to report that we are
currently at 1.3 million manhours and counting....
We regard this as a great accomplishment which reflects your commitment toward
the pursuit of "Zero Accident Performance" and, on behalf of the
entire Polk Power Team, we wish to extend our most sincere gratitude to you,
Johnson Bros. Corporation in your support of this worthy industry-wide
achievement.
Enclosed is a plaque recognizing your contributions toward our realization of a
most important project landmark. Thank you and keep up the good work!
Very truly yours,
M. R Rivers
