Davy International September 26, 1996 Dear Mr. Johnson:I have been assigned to the IPSCO Steel Mill Project since January 1996 as a Safety Engineer white employed by Davy International. My primary function was overall site safety. Johnson Brothers was often called upon to address safety-related concerns (guardrails, floor hole covers, barricades, etc.) for Mannesmann Demag, under my direction. Mr. Don Foyt, Project Manager, was my contact person while assigned to the project. I wanted to inform you of the outstanding safety efforts and dedication toward safety that Don Foyt and Johnson Brothers supervision displayed. Their dedication, attitude, and professionalism toward safety were greatly appreciated. Non-compliance issues brought to the attention of Mr. Foyt were all addressed in a timely manner by Mr. Foyt himself or a Johnson representative. As you are aware, safety is a very serious concern in the construction industry and requires the highest priority. Although I can only speak for Mr. Foyt's efforts on this particular project, he has shown that safety is a high priority with the Johnson Brothers' organization. It was a pleasure working with your organization and its representatives. Sincerely, Jeffrey S. Yost Safety Engineer II Davy International
